All of our staff members are cross trained and ready to assist you through all aspects of your dental treatment. Each are informed of administrative and clinical procedures and well versed in patient care and insurance policies. Customer service is our main goal. We are eager to answer your questions and assist you in your dental needs. Our mission is to make you feel comfortable while receiving the best quality dental care. We consider our patients part of our Crossroad Dental and Star Dental family. We use mercury free, bio compatible materials and digital x-rays with less radiation exposure to make sure you are just as healthy leaving our office as you were before entering it.

Mandana: Office Manager

Mandana received her Masters in law from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. She joined the team as office manager in  that same year and does an amazing job running our practice as she deals with billing, insurance, advertising and making sure each patient is well received and cared for during their visit; to her each patient is an individual guest . She is fluent in Persian and English.

Sushma:Office Administrator

Sushma received her bachelors in dental surgery in 2003 from Krishnadevaraya College of Dental Sciences in India. She moved to United States in 2005 with her husband and joined the practice that same year. She has been a great asset to our team. As office administrator she handles the billing and financial needs of our customers. She is fluent in many Indian languages like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and is also fluent in English.
